For over 20 years we have owned and operated properties in Chelsea, Midtown, the Lower East Side, East Harlem, Washington Heights, Long Island City, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Park Slope and Bushwick in New York City. We also own and develop properties in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern and Midwestern United States.

Our Community
Ironstone actively supports non-profit organizations that provide arts and educational programs to the communities where we work. In addition to supporting associate volunteer activities, each year Ironstone pledges a minimum of 10% of annual profits to be donated to non-profit organizations with a proven track record of providing vital community services and art to the public. These organizations include: the New York Public Library, the City Parks Foundation & the Public Theater.
